One chocolate container 4 gram of protein so it's good to eat. I ordered this for my daughter who needs 1 chocolate daily in tiffin box. This is healthy and tasty too so this makes her happy too. Peanut butter is also in their so instant energy source. Balanced chocolate and peanut butter so not too sweet. Pack of multiple healthy chocolate.
