I have been using this yoga bar fruits, nuts and seeds museli from last one week and its delicious and healthy.I can munch it without adding milk as it has the goodness of fruits and nuts.This museli has 92% whole grain, seeds, fruits and nuts which is really good for health and digestion.Its different from the other market brand muselis as it comes in so many flavours.My father is not in the habit of having breakfast in the morning but now he has started having it as it tastes is good.
