It is so comfortable for all kinds of pro yoga poses. I never feel that much comfortable in my knee during camel cow pose, which is totally worth it. The thickness and length are also too good. So good grips you can do virbhadraasana I so easily and during surya namaskar it gives you perfect alignment. Without second thought, go for it.
