This might be the only SELF HELP BOOK you'll ever need. The page quality is really good. Coming to the book if you're new to DR.JOE DISPENZA's work I suggest you first watch a video of the testimonials of people who healed themselves in dr.joe dispenza's YouTube channel. You are the placebo : you have always been your placebo . You can intentionally do it by assigning meaning to the act and thoughts you think . It informs you a lot about genetics and how the genes can be altered by thoughts chosen consciously.

One of the outstanding field to read and know about apart from the normal psychology is the Nuro biology of the human mind.
An awesome approach to look at the things long established but poorly explained.
I enjoyed the book more than anything.

Fabulous!
If you have heard of law of attraction or read about it then you can easily relate to this book. The book is super interesting. I would daily look up to read it. If you want to heal yourself then it could help you. The book mainly focuses on Dr Joe's meditation practice and feeling the end result to heal yourself.
