Are You Ready To Succeed is a self help book based on a hugely popular course called Creativity and Personal Mastery (CPM) that Dr. Srikumar Rao used to teach at London Business School and Columbia Business School.

    Summary Of The Book

Are You Ready To Succeed is a book that focuses on trying to help the reader develop their creativity and tries to help them achieve their dreams by using methods that have been systematically devised, including exercises and lessons adapted from many cultures and traditions. The book aims to help the reader discover their personal values, ethics, and identify what they are doing and where they are headed in their lives. Are You Ready To Succeed tries to help the reader overcome personal biases, understand how they really view the world, and discover effortless action.

The book is filled with anecdotes and experiences of the multitudes of students who attend CPM classes every year. Based on over a decade of teaching and training, the book is built around simple exercises and techniques that any reader will be able to understand and follow.

Are You Ready To Succeed is different from other business and self-help books on the market because it doesn’t focus on external value judgements of success and instead lays emphasis on self-direction and internal satisfaction, a departure from the trend and an unconventional approach.

The book is ideal for anyone who is looking to make positive changes in their life.
