This is definitely a great product if you want to shed off those extra kgs. It has so many activities, classes etc. Even bollywood dances are there.
Initially, it will scan your body, ask you about your goals etc. teach you about the different menus. And trust me its huge.
Its very easy to navigate the menus also.

This is really incredible game. I really didn't think that games could be evolved to this level. The best thing is you get involved in the game and without notice you get sweat out.

I just got the cd today and tried it.. man.. this thing really gets you sweating.. the exercises are just awesome.. the workouts really deliver the stuff they're meant for.. i tried the abs workout and in just 2 mins i could feel the pain.. though i wasn't impressed with the yoga rest everything is just brilliant.. go ahead and buy this if you wanna tone yourself.. needless to say super fast service by flipkart..

The game is simply superb. The interface is a big improvement with push buttons features in Kinect. Lot of options in terms of workouts and it is interactive in real time. You get instant feedback on your moves and if you follow the routines diligently, Your Shape is going to be beneficial.

And as for the flipkart service, it is very fast and reliable. Ordered late on Sunday night and the game was with me on Tuesday morning.

I bought this couple of month back & it indeed is very good.

You can bring the gym & instructor to your home with this fitness regime. It has various options & excercises to make you huff & puff like in Gym.

I too was skeptical about its effectiveness. But once i used it , I realized how good it was.. .So is Kinect & its sensitivity. Very good buy if you have a kinect.

Love this game, it's a great workout with loads of options.
The graphics are really nice and the instructions super easy to follow.

Yes the sensor fails to pick your movements sometimes. But I love the way it places an exact scan of you in the game.

It really delivers.
Makes you stretch, puff, huff, sweat... and all this is just a game.
The dance routines are good timepass ( though still a exercise)
Boxing practices are my favorites.

Cardio games make simple skipping and warm up really interesting.

You can also use weights along with the exercises

If you are planning to join a gym... i would recommend to use this before you DONATE big money to gym.
