Best in the market!
This bundle is the perfect choice for a budget setup. This comes with an xlr to 3.5 mm jack (not an xlr to xlr cable as shown in picture).
Using the 3.5 mm jack provided, u can connect it to a PC or Mobile. Both gave me good results and decent loudness. Although I think quality of mic when connected to mobile can vary from brand to brand. I connected it to a Motorola one vision. It has good audio hardware and it performed well.
