As can be seen the part which holds the battery came off while removing using both hands. Adhesive not used properly. The cover slipped from my hand and fell on a road side sewage lid and broke. Bad quality. No IP rating just says splash resistance. This monsoon Ill need another pair. I regret not going for jbl. The fitting towards the ear is loose and that's a loss of quality audio. They could use a rubber material like in the $10 earbud-i. I was hoping for a better product.
