For beginners like me who want to explore Zen, No mind, this is a good book to start with. By the end of each chapter, there is more clarity. U get hooked to it, and by the time u reach the last chapter, u feel sad because u wanna read more of it. Love the Zen stories. Great Flipkart service i.e. delivery timing, packaging etc.

Book is very nice. Paper quality is best. Book binding is also very strong....Zen is ultimate life style.

Fortunately i read live zen first.. and the next discourse of live zen is this Zen :The Quantum Leap From Mind To Nomind 2nd edition.

so please dont make any mistake if u r zen addicted nd want to read multiple books...

i think books must also contain the date of discourse atleast after the name.
