I would give this book around 3.5 to 3.8 because this book is very useful for beginners who would like to learn Python but for advanced or for programmers the content isn't any useful as it has only the basics of Python required for an basic Graduate student.So i gave a 4 star rating but for basic and engineering student it is ok.
