I use it as I have ibs.It has some side-effects like bloating etc but it was expected as 100 billion cfu is not that easy to consume. Overall a good product but I recommend using a probiotic with low cfu.Even if you use this one don't consume it daily ,there must be a gap of 2-3 days.
