Sent a used product
I received the shipment yesterday and found that the product was previously used. The Micro SD Card was full and with recordings of a family.
This is unfair and I want the product to be replaced. If this comment is deleted without resolving it, I will take recourse of consumer court and post on Complaints dot com

Q:when you say "2 track recorder " what do you mean ?
A:2 track means...Left & Right channel. in simple words...it's recoding stereo sound instead of mono.

A:It's a sound recorder so video setting nothing to do with it. Simply it's audio out port to be connected to video source...I.e. camera.

YES, it is good. I am using it @ house for recording, make sure there is not much noise, the input level will help to reduce background noise.
