Great Graphics card!

Okay so i was looking to get a GPU in the 10k range.. and after a lot or research, went for this.. and i must say its worth it.

Pros :
1. Really good performance, plays all games maxed out with 60 FPS on average with maximum AA.
2. Matches the performance of a 6870 (and even better in some cases) while costs lessor.
3. Stays cool, with BF3 on ultra with 4xAA and 16xAF and the card never went above 70 degrees even on 100% load.. average temperature is around 65 degrees which is good.
4. Nvi...

Amazing performance...!!

This is the best card for a mid range budget. It gives a real smooth performance and an awesome gaming experience for the price tag it has. If you are spending around 10ks, just go for this card, will never let you down. Since zotac provides you a firestorm tool, u can overclock it also..
I would also like to thank flipkart for delivering this product well in time and in good condition. The price flipkart provides for its products is really very competitive. This card costs 15k at my local d...

Best Mid range Graphics card

I got this 1, 5 months ago.Yes you can run all games at highest setting provided u pair it up with a good processor.

Windows 7-64 bit rating : 7.7!! ( both gaming and aero graphics )

Be sure to get an after market PSU of at least 600 watts.I have Corsair GS 600 it works fine enough :).

Totally Worth the Money

To Ansh-
1)What you are saying is not even technically right. Nvidia processors are multicore processors so comparisons like that between stream processors is not correct.
2)Like someone has already mentioned that its not DDR5 its GDDR5 only.
3)Read any reviews you want 560 GTX is pitted against 6870 not 6850 and it performs neck to neck with 6870 so its in totally different league than 6850.
4)As far as 720p and 1080p argument is concerned some games are optimised for AMD and some for NVIDIA...

physx...

This card is amazing!! There are other cards from amd that are similar like hd 6850 and hd 6870. The main difference between amd and nvidia cards are physx and cuda cores which only nvidia supports. Physx makes in game destruction etc look more realistic while many video editing/coding apps make the use of cuda cores that helps to complete the job faster. Games that makes use of physx are metro 2033 and mafia 2 and batman arkham city etc. When physx is turned on in amd cards the framerate dro...

560 gtx can beat the hell out of the hd 6850 easily..

to rahul and ansh.. sorry guys, both of u gave the wrong info.

gtx 560 can easily outperform 6850 as this 560 is made to compete with 6870.. the shader procys and stream procy is totally a diff thing to compete.. 560 wins over 6850 cos of it's rendering output units which is 56 for 560 and 48 for 6850

and which people have told u that non ti model of 560 cant be overclocked???
it can be easily overclocked
the ti model means a more number of shader procys and more number of rop units.

googl...

Top Notch Performer

Powerful Graphic Card..best buy for mid-level gaming rig,
Their's not much difference between Ti & Non-Ti Version of Nvidia GTX Cards,
As simple as,
Ti->Overclock-able(but costly)
Non-Ti->No,U CAN'T..!!!

Suggestion is here.....

If you can spend 13K INR go with Sapphire Radeon 7850 1gb ddr5 OC edition if you wantt to stick in your budget go with Zotac gtx 650 ti boost edition rather than this card . And tell me your gaming rig cause if you have not a perfect CPU and RAM you will be bottlenecking your rig, so tell me.

Good GPU, but beware abt your old rig

I remember when the price was low than current one here,,i thing the price here will go up since its closest competetor 6850 is being taking away from market for making space for ATI- 7 series which consumes less power and low priced.This card outperforms 7770 OC in almost every benchamarks and stays ahead of 6850 by 4-10fps, hence u shd nt be confused before buying this. Having said that my old cpu (q6600) and DDR-2 Ram giving me little bottleneck(40-60fps in bf3 and 25-35 in ultra), hence i...
