Variation in Colour or Graining of Wood, Wood Products or Materials of similar Nature. Damages due to negligent and improper movement, improper storage, incorrect assembling and willful Damage of product. Scratches, Chips, Rips, and Tears that occur after the product is accepted. Commercial Usage will annul all terms of warranty. Non-Retention of Proof and the Date of Purchase. Any claim or dispute arising out of this warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.

A:Particle board is wood compressed with resin bonds. Soft closing feature is optional, contact the brand for same. Shelves are fixed. Product is durable and FK gives warranty. Please read it carefully

Ordered in june, finally installation completed in july. Almost one month. Whatever the problem may be, I had suffered so much. First delivered item was damaged. Replacement took 20 days. Again sliding wheels were missing. I told to return the product, but he promised to buy the item and finish on the same day. He unpacked the item and went away, never returned. I called him 100 times, he never lifted the phone. After 2 days he came and installed it wrongly. Doors were reversed. Again I calle...
