i purchased this tab around 5 months back..and its working fine uptil now..though the charging time is a bit more...but it lasts a little more than a day..even while i use WI-FI..
i enjoy watching movies as it has a gr8 video playback..

i guess you must have got a defected piece that is why you are having such sour experiences..
all in all this product is good and worth buying..and m having a so far so good experience with it...!!

I purchases this product only because such good features (3G, ICS, 8 GB storage and 1.5 GHz processor) cannot be found in such a low price. When I received the product, I understood why the product is so cheap. This is a total worthless item. It gets switched off after 10 minutes video playback. Once it is switched off, you cannot restart it before 10 min. It gets enormously heated only after 5 min of playing angry birds. The touchscreen & display is miserable. Sound quality is too poor.

This is a junk company came up with some cheap chinese hardware. I ordered one Zync tablet and it worked only for 1 day and not powering up now. For one day when it was working, battery runs only for 10 mins. Now, customer care is telling to go to other end of the city and give the tablet and they will take 30 days to fix the issues.
So i need to go to other end of the city twice to fix the tablet, and it may again work for a day.
Customer care doesn't respond.

I bought Zync Tab in January any till now I could't use it properly. Its battery backup is very poor( less than one hour i Wi-fi). Never could find any 3g modem supporting it .Heating up very fast and hangs frequently. Now its touchscreen got damaged due to bad battery. The battery expanded and pushed the touch screen out. Now they demand Rs. 2000 for the repair. Better buy a good quality tab if you want really use it.

i was looking around the market for a good 3g tablet when i came across this one, for 9 grands this is a total steel. dont know why so many people have written bad about it. i am kind of confused but this is really a great device to have.

3g works good, battery life is good. 2g is also working fine. sound is a little low but then its ok.

list of problems-
battery heats up very fast,automatically switches off then after connecting to powers supply sitches on,battery back is only 2.5hrs,sim option is ok,screen is ok,customer care is not responsive,my tablet battery has failed,till now i am not able to contact the customer & get it fixed.please dont buy, i bought this with tradus for rs.12,000/-,they are not ready to replace the tablet too.

The tablet specifications do look good on paper and that is exactly what forced me into buying this tablet. It just took a couple of days for me to find all hte bugs in the device. Firstly whilst charging the devices keyboard goes all crazy press one key and all the remaining keys get pressed. Very irritating hence rendering the device useless whilst charging. This could be an one off thing just for my tablet in specific but why take the risk..
