Not worth it
The product does not provide proper back n neck support to my baby. I wanted to return it and order a good branded baby carrier instead. But my request was declined and they told me this product can only be replaced. Not good customer service and very rigid even though I was ready to pay extra for a mee mee or chicco which is more reliable. I made a mistake that I ordered through Flipkart. First and last time.
