Also it is very important that you stick to good diet and some kind of night retual ( does not matter when you sleep, but try to follow some rythm 60 min before bed). You can switch/dim lights 30 min before bed time. Go to bed about 10 min before you want to sleep
Not having a rythm and taking it as candy will mess with energy levels in morning and create nausea
