Great shoes! Shifting from Nike, Puma and Adidas. Great comfort, no heating up issues while taking long walks. The upper is a little delicate, you will have to take care not to rough use it or it will start tearing.

A:I don't know if it is or not, but between this one and the Gel Nimbus (22) shoe, the Gel nimbus are definitely the running shoes.
The gel quantum 360 not been as comfortable as the Gel Nimbus shoe.
