The new full-length carbon plate helps create advanced propulsion and makes your stride feel more supported. The addition of FF BLAST™ TURBO makes this shoe lightweight and bouncier. This cushioning material is 33% lighter and 13% more responsive than traditional FF BLAST™ cushioning. We added 5mm of cushioning to the midsole to help create a softer feeling at footstrike and a more energetic bounce at the toe-off phase.
