Q:Can it be used for marathon running? I use to run 10 to 15 daily. So will it give me around 700 to 800 km comfortabley.
A:No this is not meant for Full Marathon however you can use for Half Marathon. Yea you should be able to use for atleast 1000 KM

Only for walking and jogging and knee pain
U should try gel kayano or cumulus for play badminton
