Durba Ghose has been working with grassroots, national, and international organizations in areas of education, gender justice, social entrepreneurship, and performing arts for over two decades. With expertise in the area of communication, she has a range of publications to her name, including over 10 research studies, guides, and manuals. As a trained classical dancer and actor with international experience and as a choreographer and theater director, Durba is passionate about building linkages of the world of arts with all of Mittika’s training work for people development and social development. Besides Mittika, Durba has co-founded and serves on the boards of Action for Excellence in Children and Women Foundation, Association of Commonwealth Scholars and Fellows, and Commutiny-The Youth Collective. She is also a Commonwealth Professional Fellow. Kavita Arora has over 25 years of experience in the corporate and development sector.
