Agaro Alpha Vibration Plate is a lifesaver when it comes to shedding calories inside the comfort of home. it has 180 speed levels and the remote makes it convenient to use. For young people 130-180 level vibration for 10 mins is enough. for older people 60-120 would be good enough.
