With 16 years of experience in pharmacy education, research, and clinical practice, he has made significant contributions to academic excellence through curriculum development, research promotion, and quality assurance. His teaching expertise spans pharmacotherapeutics, clinical pharmacy, pharmacovigilance, and pharmacoepidemiology. Dr. Kirubakaran has successfully coordinated NAAC accreditation processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. He has guided numerous PharmD research projects, published extensively in reputed journals, and contributed to academic literature through book chapters.
