Q:High neck or not??
A:Yes it is . Not turtleneck but high. Also if you are tall then it is too short. So if you're not looking for a very short top then this one should be avoided.

Q:Can we wear it for Summer
A:you can wear it upto the month of april. personally, in kolkata I do not find it comfortable during terrible summer months of may june july. you can again wear it from november. Go for it👍
