Pretty little trinket
The item is as described. The bells tinkle once when you strike them, but are not light enough to ring in the wind (i.e. its not a wind chime). The one I have has a small side imperfection in the central square (as though the metal leaked out of the mould) but even then it looks nice and pretty.
I have hung it over a kitchen door, may buy more to hang over other doors.
