    Q:How long can one be used? Does its length decrease with each use? Should we use toothpaste or is Just the stick enough? Is it a total replacement for everyday brushing? Kindly answer.
    A:Just stick is enough I use two to four times a day Can be used until it becomes short enough to handle. Normally one stick lasts for one month.
