Very Good
The condition of the book is good and it's original too. I've added the index so that it's topics are cleared to everyone. It also has a few MCQs at the end of the chapter in order to understand properly. I haven't read it yet nor have I given the exam, so can't really comment about the content inside the books.
It does have all the topics prescribed in the syllabus at one place so that makes it very useful for students in a hurry😅

The book is pretty good with one flaw.. for epfo it's perfect but for Apfc it lacks Auditing chapter. One chapter could have made the book perfect for both..

Not good
There are so many spelling mistakes in the book at many places. Also, on some pages the paragraphs are left incomplete. The MCQs given at the end of each chapter are not good. The wrong solutions are given at the end for the same questions. What is the purpose of it and how can they claim that it is the best book for the exam that I don't understand. It is wasting my crucial time in preparation. 😞
