Just okay
It gives lesser reading than orpat BP monitors. I have both and I measured my BP with both after a gap of 5 minutes each. And each time I found that Accusure BP monitor displayed lesser reading by about 10 to 15 Mmhg. Don't know which one is more accurate. But I prefer the Orpat monitor better.
