A very good product. Simply value for money at 22k. Got it in summer sale. Best experience with windows 10. Laptop is more than sufficient for everyday use. Battery backup is also good. It remains cool and quiet all the time. It only heats up when I benchmark the laptop with passmark test, where both cpu and igpu involved in test. Highly recommended product.

Major drawback I noticed:

Writing this after one month of usage. I3 7th Gen and windows 10 makes it a best value for money product. Laptop is fast enough to do the day to day tasks and battery backup is around 3-4 hrs which is acceptable at this price point. plastic quality is also Ok and additional RAM, M.2 slot is an added advantage.

Very good laptop in budget. 1tb hard disk, 4gb ram, CD/DVD writer, core i3 7th gen, good built quality and windows 10 home. Fast for multitasking. And also provided windows 10 and driver cd's. I liked it very much.

The dilivery was on, rather before, time and they made sure they packed it well and that they sent an unopened and completely sealed box. A very good Laptop at this price I bought it for 21999 on sale . I am a student and doing lots of coding machine learning in it . It is working well till now I am also satisfied with Acer service but flipkart's ekart team wasn't smart enough to tackle the address, otherwise a good experience always from flipkart team.

Laptop is good under this rate ,it came to me on sunday and i used it like 6 hours non stop even i played call of duty black ops in it ,the game was running smoothly, windows 10 home is install in it,all the drivers are already install i had to do nothing just put some data on it thats it. graphics card is good with some cool options in it, intel i3 with 2.70ghz clock speed.So make is run nicely.Im satisfy with this product.

overall good device the screen could have been little bit better, also the price is much higher as people bought this device during sale for only 20300 RS instead of 24990 I did. 4 GB ram but not enought for windows 10 specially if you planing to use Chrome browser alone it takes approx 2 GB of ram occupied. also the HDD is not a good solution for today's standards hence I recommended installing an SSD instead.
