these are great trainer if you want to change the way you run , i used to strike heel first when i ran in cushioned shoes but with these i dont touch the heels at all ......... when means lesser injury , no fear of shin splits or micro factures in bone , it also has ortho support if you have fallen arches or flat foot , a great way to correct you fallen arches as this has slight support for it ...... very...

I was doing functional training in the gym with normal running shoes, as this type of training requires quite a lot of body balance these cushioned shoes were not helping me out. I used to wobble while doing the moving lunges. For maximum balance you need to be bare foot. These shoes completely replicate your bare foot experience.
