Must Have Basics.
Product is amazing and contains trickle of useful information and gives you an Idea of how an administrator can be formed.
I was not satisfied by how it was packed though, the wrapper and some of the pages were folded when i received the package, I had bought a combo of this book and Public Administration 1st Edition together.
Books are always an asset, enough said!!

(blue and green). Are they the same? Also what is the edition of this book?
A:Both are same books with same publishers and same authors. But the book with green and blue cover is 2nd edition and this is 3rd edition.
