Bad quality
It's just AC with less cooling and higher noise when compared to other ACs. Also forceful installation mandates n higher charges without in writing in their policies makes it not to recommend or buy again. Will review again after a month or so use

After shortlisting several products in this range, I found this one the best. An internationaly known American brand owned by Whirlpool. Pros.. 3 years warranty on complete machine which very few manufacturers provide. 5150 watt cooling condenser. Looking good. Same remote as Whirlpool.
