Content is good however "print quality" is not up to mark. One can't read clearly what's written/mentioned in "screen shots" printed on the book. One has to pay extra attention to read what's mentioned in "screenshots" printed in the book.
In appendix you will find list of shortcuts so you can remember easily.
"Tools panel review" section in appendix gives brief review of tools used in photoshop.
For practicing, you can download the online content provided by Adobe.
