  • Description

This is the Marathi version of The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes – a collection of stories following the world’s best consulting detective and his friend James Watson.

    Summary of the Book

Sherlock Holmes, the lanky and ruthlessly logical pursuer of crime and mystery, created by Sir Doyle, needs no introduction. The adventures of this utterly clever and moody detective and his faithful friend, Dr. Watson, are a perennial source of inspiration for lovers of crime fiction. Sherlock Holmes, a predecessor of a long line of amateur detectives, elevated criminal investigation to a fine art. His original and imaginative stories race along like a fierce roller coaster, leaving the reader guessing what course it will take next. Read on to find out how Holmes and Dr. Watson solve mysteries like A Scandal in Bohemia, The Blue Carbuncle, The Red-Headed League, The Speckled Band, A Case of Identity, The Engineer’s Thumb, The Noble Bachelor, The Beryl Coronet, The Man with the Twisted Lip, and The Copper Beeches among others.
