I ordered 6.5mm and 78*36 size.
It is perfect for Yoga as it has good grip. Ideal for Suryanamaskar.
I wanted a wide mat and this size is perfect.
Thickness is a good combination of cushioning and stability.
I went for 6.5 mm as I was skeptical that if I go for 8 mm thickness and above, it will become bulky to the level that it is unmanageable.
Given the size is on the bigger side, it is not very convenient to carry.
Nor it is convenient to fold and put it bac...

Great Mat. Flimsy Bag. Little Expensive
The Good.
The mat is very good for yoga as it has good cushion, Large size, odour free and non slippery. Quality is also very good. a little tough to pack but that is expected with this size and bulk

Flimsy bag- could have been much better/

Perfectly fine and it doesn't slip at all. Totally paisa vasul. I don't know whether its worth for Rs 990 or not but it's fulfilling my requirements. I bought it to use for gym.

Exercise mat
Good material, once you get over its rubber-smell. Good firm support, yet spongy enough to be comfortable. It is wide and long enough for tall, heavy-built persons. Does not cause slipping, so good for workouts and physiotherapy exercises. By all means buy it!! The grey color is wrongly printed in the description; it is orange and black.

Excellent product
its a very good mat and would recommend the same to everyone. Size is excellent to perform any kind of yoga or exercise. Bit of smell in the beginning however that goes away with time. So overall it a Nice product and worth buying it.

One of best quality yoga mat. initially u will some bad smell but, guys wash it properly with detergent Powder and put it in open space for 2-3 days and then use it.

A:This thickness of 12 mm and size 28 x 78 would be fine for home use. Also, 12 mm thickness mat is not able to fold properly and to quite difficult to carry. However, it's availablity, u hav to chk.
