I'm happy with how it performs. The sweep and mop functions work well. The obstacle detection feature is impressive, it'll revolve around obstacles in between the room to not miss any spot due to that during cleaning.

I have purchased this product but struggling to use it with its full capability. After reaching customer service they have sent me 4 video as demo. However my problem is that mapping the house first time correctly as it's not doing the job as expected. I have done rest but it didn't materialized. I wanted to order another one for my family friend but now I have put my decision on hold due bad customer service.

Wonderful
Nice and intelligent product, dual brushes cleans corners. It has Both cleaning and mopping functions. But I will advise to use one function at a time. Because using both function same dust becomes wet and stick to brush, dust compartment and filters. Which takes time to clean. Therefore, first use sweeping for whole area or home, then use only mop function to mop.

Worst experience ever!
Got brick instead of product and flipkart customer care has been marking my raised issues resolved without contacting me. I have had multiple conversations and have raised 4 issues, each just gets marked resolved after fixed time.

Quite Useless, Battery drained very fast even on standard mode it works only 45 min , scanner system is also not good failed to create a stable map even in 10 attempts, Can't move through any obstacle which is more 1/4inch high

A:Yes it is mandatory keep charger on, but you can turn off charging station after reaching the robot at charging station.
