Perfect product!
Top notch service .. there was problem in the machine .. i called the customer service and described .. the team resolved the problem by video inspection and approved for main unit replacement .. 4-5 days replacement was delivered .

Good product and Good customer Service. I have purchased 2 nos of this model and first one got motor issues with in 3 months. contaced their customer Service and with in 7days, they have replaced it with a new item. Second one also had similar issues after 7 months and they have replaced it without fail after verifying video and invoice. Both the units records max pressure of 140 bar and both are working fine till now. Once again thanking UCL for their excellent Customer Service.

Can we get longer pipe?
A:length of the outlet pipe is 8 meter. Inlet pipe is very small, but you can buy a longer pipe and replace the inlet pipe. outlet pipe is not easy to replace.
