Regardless of whether we realise it or not, there is a very prominent mathematical yarn that is woven in the tapestry of our lives. It is the yarn of logic. In today’s world it is impossible to survive without mathematics. Much as it is common for people to have shaky foundations in this area, it is one of those things that won’t leave us alone. In western literature there is a very special place for riddles, or mathematics for leisure (and pleasure). A lot of us crave to break the monotony of our everyday lives and try out eclectic tastes. It is our firm belief that solving mathematical riddles is a great way to do just that, as it is a great refreshment for the mind. Mathematics is exciting enough to enliven discussions among student groups and provide entertainment. There are many aspects of mathematics that are not discussed in textbooks, and yet to understand the fascinating world of Mathematics, this basic knowledge is necessary. This book is an attempt to make mathematics fun and accessible to all.
