One of most intutive book on algorithms

This book is among the elite book on Algorithms, on par with CLRS. The author focuses on natural thought process for proving algorithms unlike CLRS which has mathematical bent for even simple things. Also, this book has thorough treatment on Network flows, NP problems and approximation algorithms. Best book for beginners as well as advanced readers who are looking for in-depth understanding.

Excellent Book

An excellent book which is having a good flow and can be read with the easiness of reading a story. Excellent connections between chapters and all the concepts explained in a simple and layman way. I have read part of CLRS but got bored in between, but having this book made me a lot better in understanding the concepts of algorithms.
NB: Reading CLRS after reading this book will be recommended, so as to thorough the concepts.

Pretty good

Awesome book for learning about the algorithm analysis. Doesn't use many complex mathematics and explains concepts using simple examples. The language, however, can be quite heavy to understand. Overall a good book and a light read as compared to Kormen.

One of the best books on algorithms

This book can be used as a textbook. It throws many interesting ideas on the reader without deviating from the topic.
Another observation is that this book uses very easy to understand technique for proofs.
I read Network Flows from this and was overwhelmed by the substance and simplicity.

Utterly Disappointed

Only cons i observed is that, it has less examples. It hugely focused on theoretical content but not On properly analysis them by step by step through examples.
