    A must have for beginners as well as passionate runners !!!

    I started taking the running sport quite seriously only an year ago. Thanks to my increasing weight and boredom when I found running to be one of the best entertainer (I'm sure not necessarily for everyone !). But it used to pain a lot sometimes and then I would stop running only to find that it (the pain) came back again when I resumed running.
