Bring To Boil, Then Reduce Heat To Low, Cover And Simmer For About 15-20 Minutes Until The Water Is Absorbed And Millet Is Fluffy., Cook (Pressure Cooker Method) : 1. Add Rinsed Milled With 1.5 Cups Of Water In A Pressure Cooker. 2.
