Q:Does it switch off automatically? if yes then in how much time?

A:Yes, it switches off automatically usually in 15min. But the time is based on the water..the more hard the water is, the more time it takes to heat up.

A:yes, fittings accessories provided, except pipe connection. installation is free, but for pipes it would be charged rs400

A:you have to call ao smith customer service to get the panel.....they asked you which colour you will need... it will take 1 week to deliver to you..

Q:fluoride Problem does no effect this geyser?

A:i have been using this for the last 18 months and never faced any issues from fluoride. it may be possible that the content levels may have a bearing

Worth the money

The product is superb. Took very less time to supply hot water. Flipkart delivered the product on time but to get it installed that too from AO smith team was quite tricky as Lots of phone call has to be made.

Must buy!

This is a very good geyser, the less praise it is. Someone has to go somewhere in the morning and then use this geyser without loss of time. It does not take much time to heat the water. There are really very good products. All of us. Smith should be very thankful. Thanks a.o. Smith.
