Great product at a good price.
There is little that can go wrong with an APC UPS actually. The product is built beautifully and keeps the the output voltage rock solid. 800W is a lot and takes on my entire AVR setup including an HD projector. The backup is sinewave so no distortion to music or video. Great purchase. The shipping could have better though especially compared to other e commerce services.

Q:How many battery in ups
A:This UPS doesn't include internal batteries. External batteries needed. Two 12V Batteries should be connected. The recommended battery type is smf. It supported upto two 300ah battery .

Q:how much time back up
A:My batteries = 2 x 180ah.
My total power consumption = 235 watt.
According to the APC chart this UPS should give me 4-5 hrs of continuous backup .
Last time it only gave me 3hrs of continuous backup.
