A:Yes you can, but with 16gb RAM and 4gb graphics, the system becomes a bit slow and response time increases. Go for atleast 32GB RAM and 8GB of Graphics model.

A:depends on your game and level of programming. The worst performance it has given to me with a full fledged mock server running and vpn running continuosly is 3 hours approx
