Warranty Service Type | - Our warranty service is provided on-site in major cities across India. If any issue arises with your Aqua Active RO water purifier within the warranty period, our trained technicians will visit your location to diagnose and address the problem. This ensures convenience for you as the customer, as you won't need to transport the purifier to a service center.
Please note that while the warranty service itself is provided on-site, any visit by our technician is chargeable as per our terms and conditions. Additionally, for warranty claims, customers may be required to send faulty parts to our warehouse for assessment and replacement. However, we strive to make the warranty service process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our valued customers.

Covered in Warranty | - Pump: Covered under the warranty period. Any malfunction or defect in the pump will be repaired or replaced by Aqua Active.
SV (Solenoid Valve): Included in the warranty coverage. Aqua Active will address any issues with the SV within the warranty period.
SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply): Covered under the warranty. Aqua Active will provide repair or replacement services for any SMPS issues during the warranty period.
Other Parts: Any other part of the RO water purifier found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced by Aqua Active within the warranty period.

Not Covered in Warranty | - Replaceable Filters and Membranes: Filters and membranes are not covered under the warranty. Customers are responsible for replacing these components as needed.
Improper Installation: Defects resulting from improper installation contrary to the company’s printed instructions are not covered under the warranty.
Misuse and Abuse: Any defects or damages caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or accidents are not covered under the warranty.
Environmental Factors: Defects resulting from environmental factors such as fire, flood, freezing, water pressure spikes, or other acts of God are not covered.
Irregular Service: Any defects arising due to irregular servicing of the RO water purifier are not covered under the warranty.
