Please note that while the warranty service itself is provided on-site, any visit by our technician is chargeable as per our terms and conditions. Additionally, for warranty claims, customers may be required to send faulty parts to our warehouse for assessment and replacement. However, we strive to make the warranty service process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our valued customers.
Covered in Warranty	Pump: Covered under the warranty period. Any malfunction or defect in the pump will be repaired or replaced by Aqua Active. SV (Solenoid Valve): Included in the warranty coverage. Aqua Active will address any issues with the SV within the warranty period. SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply): Covered under the warranty. Aqua Active will provide repair or replacement services for any SMPS issues during the warranty period. Other Parts: Any other part of the RO water purifier found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced by Aqua Active within the warranty period.
