It's a good product. Not fog free but not 100% water leaking proof for divers. For surface swimmers it's okay. An oil substance is painted in the innner side of the glass. When it's gone the glass becomes foggy.

A:on both sides, the straps can be adjusted to loosen or tighten the grip. there are two folds of the strap, take out one fold and the other fold can be adjusted.
