Poor packing
I had ordered a canvas board of dimension 18"×12" of the brand Artifact. But when the product was delivered to me, it's packing was of very poor quality and the product itself was not sealed with plastic sheet with label as it's used to when we usually purchase from stores, because of which the white cloth of canvas was dull and slightly stained with dust. Hope that next time I might get a better service with warranty cards, good quality of packing , original covering of product etc.
