Just wow!
It is good for normal type of workout. On can use it daily but don't use milk for mixing. Milk will slow down the digestion. Use water only and it's also good on your stomach. The taste is good at first but after some time it started smelling like rice flour. Maybe it is because of the weather. Mixability is also good. If your workout is a bit light like running, some squats, some pushups, then go for it.
