Fewer amino acid than whey isolate. Leucine content is also very small which is a very important amino acid required to trigger MPS. Protein content written on label is not accurate. Actual test results showed slightly lower values. Also not to mention the smell and taste. It's bitter and gives off a very strong chemical smell. Good quality product
Like all the asitis products this is also has good quality but as we all know that they are plant protein so don't expect good taste.
I personally use it with meal in a gravy kind of way by mixing with desi homemade sabzi.

More of a weight gainer
Used this for about 7 months now. The powder is unflavoured & micronized so it is ok but fat gain is more certain in this than muscle gain. So clearly this is not for people looking to lose weight.
